Shipping
Moon's Play & Learn ships using UPS ground unless special circumstances call for a different carrier (Note: For orders shipped within the U.S., the Postal Service generally costs $5.00 more than UPS on most packages due to additional charges for proof of mailing, etc.). Beyond our $5.00 minimum shipping charge, we do not take a profit from freight charges; we charge as close as possible to what the freight companies charge us. Moon's ships in 48 hours or less after receiving an order.
Returns
We will refund 100% of the purchase price of any undamaged, resaleable item. A 20% fee applies (at our discretion) to items which cannot be resold for any reason. Note: Moon's will not pay or refund shipping costs for returns.
Location
Moon's Play & Learn is a "Brick-and-Mortar" store located in Eureka, California, which is about one-hundred miles south of the Oregon border, and 250 miles north of San Francisco. We're right off of highway 101, at 3300 Broadway, Eureka, 95501. You can't miss our sign, even if you try!

History
Moon's began in 1981 as a teacher's supply store. Over the last 17 years, the store has become the largest independant toy store in the region, as well as continuing to provide teacher's supplies for the North Coast.
Moon's has been on the web since 1993, providing internet shoppers with hard-to-find, quality toys (our Teacher's Supply inventory is currently only available "offline" at our Eureka store). If you'd like to receive (very infrequent!) email updates, let us know!
